Shipping information

We ship your goods with Deutsche Post / DHL or UPS.

We can deliver items in stock at our warehouse in Schwetzingen on the same or the following working day. All other items can be shipped to you within 3-5 days. You can see the respective delivery time (arrival of the goods with you) directly at the products.

We aim to ship all orders to you in one complete delivery. If the delivery times of the individual order items are far apart, we will also make partial deliveries, whereby you will not incur any additional costs. However, our aim is to send as few parcels as possible - for the sake of the environment.
